A Look At Stone Harbor Point (Hereford Inlet)
In 1989, I was stunned to see that the interior bay, where we had previously windsurfed, had filled in with sand. Note also that the rock jetty, that had protruded into the ocean waves, was now surrounded by sand.
In this year, we had to change our windsurfing from the point to the the ocean at the point parking lot.
These photos were taken at low tide. Some amount of water remained at high tide.
